Please indicate 3 main nature of business. The list of codes is attached herewith

5. Director’s Details
The names spelling must be according to the passport / IC. Malaysian residential address is compulsory.

4. Shareholder’s Details
Same as above

5. Remarks
Please inform us if the directors are the same with the shareholders and full wordings of any abbreviation (short form) is given

6. Bank Account Details Good news for foreigners, we can arrange for foreigner to get involved with the company’s bank account prior to getting the work visa. The condition set is the current visa (not social pass) is more than 6 months)
