IBC is a service provider entity, based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. We are here to provide professional services starting from company incorporation until the submission of audit report and tax computation to be recorded in a gazette form by government bodies such as SSM and LHDN.

A Sdn Bhd company, known as a company limited by shares, is a separate legal entity and one of the benefits of starting a Sdn Bhd is that it gives the business owners an extra level of legal protection. Having a Sdn Bhd company also adds credibility to your business compared to sole proprietor or partnerships.
